Montana Citizens is led by Kassi Solberg, a Broadview homesteader and mother of six who turned a local fight for answers into a statewide demand for transparent government and a public voice on decisions with lasting consequences.

Montana Citizens is building a statewide home for people who expect honest, transparent, and responsive government. We preserve source documents, follow decisions over time, and make it harder for public officials to evade the people they serve.
Our current work begins with the proposed Broadview data center, where questions about public process, infrastructure, and citizen consent illustrate a larger principle: consequential government decisions require disclosure, scrutiny, and a meaningful public voice.
